Resistant to a 9 magnitude earthquake, the building has drainage, security, video surveillance, and fire alarm systems, 24 hours hot and cold water supply, passenger and cargo elevators from OTIS Company as well as a system ensuring operation of the cable television. There is a two-floor underground parking lot for 210 cars. Electronic doors have been installed at each garage. Residents may gain access to the garage by elevators directly from their respective floors.
