The complex reflects European style, modern architecture, and easygoing social ambiance. The complex is built of earthquake-resistant construction materials in line with all safety standards. A breathtaking playground (630 m2) equipped with different entertainment facilities was built in the area. Additionally, a sports ground (515 m2) was designed for residents here.
The complex also has 2 parks, a kindergarten, non-residential areas, and underground parking lots.
